Ross Wagley is the Assistant General Manager and Director of Operations for catering services at the Austin Convention Center and Palmer Events Center. He has 20 years’ experience in the service industry, from venues including hotels, resorts, a sports park, convention centers, and arenas. His love for hospitality took root while working at a Hilton Hotel and Conference Center while earning his degree in Economics at Texas A&M. Throughout his career, Ross has pivoted between roles in event operations and group sales. A native Texan, originally from Dallas but now a 12-year resident of Austin. Ross lives with his wife Alex and his two sons, Teagan, and Luca.
