Today in the meetings and hospitality community the power of the contract dictates so much of what we do.  This program will help you have a better appreciation as to not only the basics of contracts but more importantly how you make contracts work for you.  The concept of negotiation in today’s marketplace whether it be for hotels, vendor contracts and the like becomes ever so much more important in protecting the integrity of what your association does not to mention how you shift liability away from you.

Join Jonathan T. Howe, MPI’s legal counsel, in reviewing all aspects of contract law and more importantly the practical aspects of how you can make your contract work for you.
