Faith Ward is the Director of Sales at the Palmer Events Center, an extension of the Austin Convention Center. Faith began her career at the Four Seasons Austin where her love of hospitality first took root and led her to seek out further hospitality opportunities; including being part of the opening sales team for the JW Marriott San Antonio Resort and Spa. Her passion for pushing the boundaries and reinventing how just about any space can be utilized in a fresh, new way led her to the Palmer Events Center where under Faith’s management the sales revenue alone increased by more than 60 percent in less than five years; then doubled in less than 10 years. Faith is a member of PCMA, MPI, IAEE, TSAE and HSMAI.
