Donna Harbers is Vice President of Meetings & Education for the Texas Apartment Association. She is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of TAA’s in-person and online education programs, plans meetings of TAA’s Board of Directors with more than 200 attendees and is responsible for more than 80 education sessions at TAA’s annual conference.

Donna is a past president of MPI THCC, a past chair of Southwest Showcase and is currently chair of the Strategic Partnerships Committee for MPI THCC. Prior to joining TAA in 2006, Donna was the Associate Executive Director for the Texas Association of Assessing Officers and worked in public relations at National Instruments. She holds a BA in Mass Communication from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) in San Marcos, Texas and earned her Certified Meeting Professional designation in 2005.
